The program brings together faculty, researchers, and students in the College of Chemistry, the Rausser College of Natural Resources, the College of Engineering, the School of Public Health, Berkeley School of Law, and the Haas School of Business. This is a part-time (50%) position with an expected start date in fall 2021. Salary commensurate with experience.

The Executive Director of BCGC will be expected to manage, administer, and promote the strategic and operational aspects of the BCGC mission – “ …to bring about a generational transformation toward the design and use of inherently safer chemicals and materials” – under the supervision of the Academic Director and with the advice of a nine-member Board of Directors within the administrative purview of the College of Chemistry. The Executive Director will collaborate with colleagues across several departments and schools within the university and beyond.
